  1. Promote God fearing community that depends on God for the success without forgetting self- sacrifice and prayer.
  2. We must work on time the planned activities, the commitment and hardworking will be the key factor for our work performance. Priority must be there first things first.

  5. Despite of our setback, differences and financial problems we have, it is better to have focus and set our minds in one direction to bring success for the Radio rather than disappear from the work place before time.
  6. We emphases the feedback information from the staffs to the management in order to track the project progress looking for the strength and challenges facing them during the implementation of the project activities. Dialogue is very important in an institution.
  7. Team-working among the staff is highly encouraged because it brings the unity, solidarity in the work place to reach our goal, in doing so we are looking for individual value and acceptability.
  8. The radio does research to have detailed information from different reliable sources before broadcasting to its audience in order to establish trust, accountability and transparency among our stakeholders.
  9. The station encourages research, implementation, and evaluation of the progress of the activities. Above all preparation is important before doing anything.
